Empowering WaveMakers for Community-Based Marine Conservation!

Blue Climate Partnership Young Talent Training Program participants

The Blue Climate Partnership Young Talent Training Program empowers young professionals from Southeast Asia and China through immersive field studies, cross-border shadowing opportunities, and expert mentorship to drive community-based marine conservation and climate action.

Why This Program

Tropical coasts in Southeast Asia and China face shared threats: climate impact, marine pollution, fisheries collapse, etc. While local NGOs drive change, young professionals need stronger tools to tackle complex challenges. In our Program, we call them WaveMakers. We help build the capacity of our WaveMakers for problem solving and leading in challenging environments through real case-based field studies and various exchange activities.
